Have you ever noticed while staning in line at the Post Office that no matter how long the line might be that one of the people behind the counter will take off on a break. Is there no such thing as customer service? Can they not just try to work through the busy rush and get the line shorter and then take a break?
I'm convinced that Postal Workers have the most secure job in the world. With that, they have really no motivation to perform to get people through the line.
Now, I will admit that the workers that you see humping the streets to bring us the mail, through rain and snow, these are the true work horses of the USPS. I take my hat off to them.
